Editing Audio Take Recordings

Imagine a scenario where you have recorded multiple performances of a vocal solo over the same section of a project. In this chapter, you’ll learn how to select the best parts from the different performances, piecing them together into a single master take. This process of combining multiple take recordings into a single perfect composition is referred to as comping and is achieved by using the Quick Swipe Comping feature. In this chapter, you’ll also learn how to drag or cut the contents of take folders.
