If no crash, energy, or metrics reports appear in the organizer

If no reports appear in the organizer, verify that you performed all these steps to fully enable the report service for your target.

Step 1: Check whether reports are supported

Go to Supported crash reports, Supported energy reports, or Supported metric reports to check whether reports are supported for your target type, platform, and Xcode version.

Step 2: Distribute your app using TestFlight or through the App Store

To obtain crash and energy reports, distribute the app using TestFlight or distribute the app through the App Store. To obtain metrics reports, distribute the app through the App Store.

Optionally, include the symbols (select the “Upload your app’s symbols…” distribution option) when you upload the app to App Store Connect. Keep the archive that you upload to App Store Connect. If you don’t include symbols, this archive contains symbol information necessary to symbolicate crash and energy logs.

Step 3: On the devices, share crash data and statistics with developers

TestFlight users automatically agree to share data but users who download your app from the App Store will need to agree to share crash and usage data with developers.

Step 4: In Xcode, enter your team Apple ID

To download reports, add your Apple ID account.

Allow a few days after releasing your app for Apple to collect and organize logs into reports. To provide accurate results, Metrics organizer reports require significant usage of your app, and each metric has different usage thresholds.
