Safari lets you browse the web fast, with easy-to-use features that help you quickly access your favorite sites, control your privacy on the web, and save power so you can browse longer while unplugged. Its streamlined design lets you see more web, less browser.

Open Safari for me

Click the Sidebar button to show or hide the bookmarks, Reading List, or Shared Links sidebar. Click the address and search field while viewing a webpage to see icons for your favorites sites. Click an icon to view the site, or drag icons to rearrange them. Start typing in the search and address and search field to see search suggestions.

When you search the web with Safari, you also get results from Spotlight Suggestions for nearby businesses and points of interest, events and showtimes, iTunes music and movies, news, Wikipedia articles, apps, and more.

Note:  Spotlight Suggestions may not be available in all regions.
