Change a chart from one type to another

You can change a chart from one type to another—for example, from a column chart to a bar chart, or from a 2D chart to a 3D chart.

  1. Click the chart, then in the Format  sidebar, click the Chart tab.

  2. Click the Chart Type pop-up menu at the bottom of the sidebar, then choose an option.

If you can’t edit a chart, you may need to unlock it.
