You can move a document to another location, including to another folder or to a server, or from iCloud to your iOS device and vice versa.
If a document is shared with you on iCloud Drive, you can’t move it.
In the document manager, tap Edit.
Do one of the following:
Move a document: Touch and hold the document, then drag it to a folder or another location.
Move a document from a folder: Tap the folder to open it, touch and hold the document, then drag it to another location.
Tap Done.
If you’re the owner of a shared document and you move the document to another location, the document link is broken, and the document becomes unavailable to participants.
