Adjust line spacing

You can adjust the spacing between lines in a paragraph

Adjust the space between lines

  1. Tap inside a text box or a shape with text, or select text.

  2. Tap Format button in the toolbar, then tap Layout.

    If you don’t see Layout, make sure you placed the insertion point in the text, instead of selecting the entire shape or text box.

  3. Tap the Line Spacing arrows.

Force text to the next line

  1. Tap where you want the previous column to end.

  2. Tap Insert, then tap Line Break.
