Select Wikis in the Server app sidebar.
Choose an option from the “Permissions can create wikis” pop-up menu.
To allow all users in your local directory, on your network server, and on connected network servers to create wikis, choose “all users” from the “Permissions can create wikis” pop-up menu. Click the On/Off switch to turn on the service.
To restrict who can create wikis, choose “only some users,” then continue with this task.
If you chose “only some users,” use the dialog to give or remove access for users and groups.

, then enter the name of a user or group in the new entry that appears. As you type, the Server app searches for a matching user or group. If the user or group you want to give access to appears, select the name in the list.Remove access from a user or group
Select a user or group, then click Remove
