Use Behaviors preferences to configure Xcode to respond to certain events by performing one or more specific actions, such as playing a sound, displaying a notification, opening a tab, or running a script. Actions can be initiated when any of the following events occur:
A build starts, generates issues, succeeds, and fails.
Testing starts, pauses, generates issues, generates output, succeeds, and fails.
Running starts, pauses, generates output, completes, and exits unexpectedly.
GPU Frame Capture starts, completes, and finds issues.
A continuous integration bot succeeds, succeeds with warnings, fails, and generates an “I Caused Failure” alert.
Files are unlocked.
Playgrounds generate output.
To open Behaviors preferences, choose Xcode > Preferences and click Behaviors.
