The Crashes organizer is a pane in the Organizer window that you use to view crash reports from app versions and builds that you distribute to users through TestFlight or the App Store. You must have distributed a build of your app that includes symbols to see crash reports in this pane.
To open the Crashes organizer, choose Window > Organizer and click Crashes.
