You can specify the author name and color that appears in comments, and in tracked changes and comments that appear in the Comments & Changes sidebar. If you’re collaborating with others on a document, each collaborator can use a different color.
You can also change the size of text in comments, and in comments and tracked changes that appear in the Comments & Changes sidebar.
Choose Pages > Preferences (from the Pages menu at the top of your screen).
Click General at the top of the window.
Enter a name in the Author field.
The setting applies to all of your Pages documents. You can change the author name at any time; changing it won’t change the author name in comments and tracked changes that already exist in other documents.
Changed text is highlighted with the author color associated with the person who made the change. This color is also used when you add comments to text. The default color is yellow, but you can change your color.
Choose View > Comments and Changes > Author Color (from the View menu at the top of your screen), then choose a color.
When change tracking is on, you can also choose an author color from the
menu in the review toolbar.
You can change your author color at any time. Your comments and changes in the document all change to the new color if your author name hasn’t changed.
Choose Pages > Preferences (from the Pages menu at the top of your screen).
Click General at the top of the window.
Click the Text Size pop-up menu and choose a size.
The setting applies to all of your Pages documents. You can change the setting at any time.
