Adjust line spacing

You can increase or decrease the spacing between lines in a paragraph.

Adjust the space between lines

  1. Tap in a paragraph, or select text.

  2. Tap Format button in the toolbar, then tap Layout.

    If you don’t see Layout, make sure you placed the insertion point in the text instead of selecting the entire shape or text box.

  3. Tap the Line Spacing arrows.
