Open or close the Format inspector
Click Format
in the toolbar.When the Format inspector is open, you see a pane on the right side of the window.
The Format inspector includes controls to change the appearance and other aspects of selected objects, including charts, tables, shapes, and text. The controls you see are context specific, meaning they apply only to the type of object you have selected. For example, if you select a chart, the Format inspector provides tools to modify the chart’s axes, data series, and more.
Click Format in the toolbar.
When the Format inspector is open, you see a pane on the right side of the window.
The Format inspector has multiple panes that you can open to see more options.
