If you saved your spreadsheet to iCloud (instead of on your Mac), you can share a link to it with others. Any recipient of the link can open and edit the spreadsheet from a supported Mac or PC browser, and everyone with a link to the spreadsheet can see the changes. Collaborators don’t need an iCloud account to view and edit the spreadsheet.
iCloud keeps your spreadsheet up to date across your iOS devices, your Mac, and the web, so you and your collaborators always have the latest version.
When a spreadsheet is saved to iCloud, you can share a link via Mail, Messages, Twitter, and Facebook. To set up the account on your Mac, go to System Preferences and click Internet Accounts.
With the spreadsheet open, click Share
in the toolbar, click Share Link via iCloud, then choose Email, Messages, Twitter, or Facebook.
If you haven’t already moved your spreadsheet to iCloud, you can do so in the dialog that appears.
Enter the requested information. The full link appears in the body of the email, tweet, or post—be sure not to delete it or modify it.
As soon as you send the link, any further edits you make to the spreadsheet are visible to the recipients of the link.
You can also copy the link to your spreadsheet and share it with other apps.
After sharing for a spreadsheet is turned on, you can share the link as many times as you wish.
With the spreadsheet open, click Share
in the toolbar, then choose Settings.
Click Send Link, then choose Email, Messages, Twitter, or Facebook.

You can quickly copy the link to your spreadsheet and paste it, post it to Twitter or Facebook, or share it in other ways.

in the toolbar, then choose Copy Link.
