In the spreadsheet manager, tap Edit.
Do one of the following:
To move a spreadsheet: Touch and hold the spreadsheet you want to move, then drag it to a folder or another location.
To remove a spreadsheet from a folder: Tap the folder to open it, touch and hold the spreadsheet, then drag it to another location.
Tap Done.
If you’re the owner of a shared spreadsheet and you move the spreadsheet to another location, the link is broken and the spreadsheet becomes unavailable to collaborators.
