Numbers makes it easy to make beautiful and compelling spreadsheets. Start with one of the templates, then modify it however you like. Each template comes with predesigned styles—coordinated sets of colors, borders, effects, and so on—for text, tables, shapes, and other objects.
When you select an object (an image, shape, chart, table, or cell), then tap , you see formatting controls for the type of object you selected.
You can quickly change the look of the selected object by tapping a style to apply it. You can also tap the options button (below the styles) and use the options to customize the object’s appearance however you like.
