The spreadsheet manager shows thumbnail images of all of the spreadsheets available on your device. When a spreadsheet is open, tap Spreadsheets in the top-left corner of the screen to go to the spreadsheet manager.
You can view spreadsheets by date or name and organize them into folders.
Note: Folders you create on your device are located in the Numbers folder on iCloud. Other iCloud folders you create on your Mac appear in iCloud on your device, and any supported spreadsheets placed in it are also available on your device.
In the spreadsheet manager, swipe down until the Date and Name buttons appear at the top.
Do one of the following:
Arrange spreadsheets by the date created or modified: Tap Date.
Arrange spreadsheets in alphabetical order by filename: Tap Name.
In the spreadsheet manager, tap Edit.
Do one of the following:
Create a folder with only two spreadsheets: Drag one spreadsheet on top of the other.
Create a folder with more than two spreadsheets: Tap all but one of the spreadsheets you want in the folder, then drag them to the remaining spreadsheet.
A folder is created with all of the spreadsheets.
Tap the folder name, type a name for the folder, then tap Done on the keyboard.
Tap Done in the toolbar, then tap anywhere outside of the folder to close it.
You can add more spreadsheets to an existing folder by dragging them onto it.
Tap the folder to open it, then touch and hold a spreadsheet until the spreadsheets begin to jiggle.
Drag the spreadsheet anywhere outside of the folder area.
Tap Done when you’re finished.
Tap the name of the folder, then delete the existing name and type a new one.
To quickly delete the current name, tap the “x” in the text field.
