Numbers automatically saves your spreadsheet as you work so you don’t have to. You can rename the spreadsheet or make a copy of it in the spreadsheet manager.
In the spreadsheet manager, tap a spreadsheet’s name.
Type a new name, then tap Done.
To quickly delete the current name, tap the “x” in the text field.
To create a new copy of a spreadsheet, duplicate the original spreadsheet.
In the spreadsheet manager, tap Edit.
Tap the spreadsheets you want to duplicate.
To deselect a spreadsheet, tap it.
Tap
, then if you selected more than one spreadsheet, tap Duplicate Spreadsheets.
The duplicate spreadsheets appear with the word copy appended to their names.
