These instructions assume that your printer is already set up to work with your device.
You can also specify a default printer, paper size, and orientation for the spreadsheet in Numbers.
Tap

Specify print options.
By default, Numbers scales your content so that it fits the width of one page. To display content across multiple pages, drag the slider at the bottom.
To show page numbers, repeat headers on each page, or change the paper size, tap

When Page Numbers is turned on, pages in the spreadsheet are numbered top to bottom, then left to right.
Tap Print at the bottom of the screen, then if no printer is selected, tap Select Printer.
Your device automatically searches for any nearby AirPrint printers.
Use the controls to make any adjustments you want to the print settings, then tap Print.
