The Piano Roll Editor also provides a way to “quick-launch” the Event List and Score Editor.
Double-click any event.
The Event List is shown in the Media area to the right of the Arrange window. If already open, the contents of the parent region (of the note selected in the Piano Roll Editor) are displayed.
Note: If using an independent Piano Roll Editor window, double-clicking an event opens an independent Event List window.
Option-double-click any event.
The Score Editor opens in a new window. The Piano Roll Editor remains docked in the Arrange window’s editing area.
