You can quickly move to the next or previous channel strip in the Mixer using the following key commands:
Select Next (Right) Channel Strip (or press the Right Arrow key)
Select Previous (Left) Channel Strip (or press the Left Arrow key)
When multiple channel strip types are visible in the Mixer, you can choose a command to jump to a particular channel strip type. This feature is useful when your Mixer view contains dozens, or hundreds, of channel strips.
Choose View > Scroll To from the Mixer menu bar, then choose a channel strip type from the pop-up menu.
