If a cell isn’t wide enough to display its text on one line, you can wrap the text so that it appears on multiple lines in the cell.
Do any of the following:
Wrap or unwrap text in a single cell: Control-click the cell. In the shortcut menu, a checkmark appears next to Wrap Text when it’s selected. To unwrap text, deselect it.
Wrap text for a row, column, or the entire table: Select the row or column, or select the table. In the sidebar on the right, click the Text tab at the top of the sidebar, click the Style button near the top of the sidebar, then select the “Wrap text in cell” checkbox.
If you don’t see a sidebar, or the sidebar doesn’t have a Text tab, click
in the toolbar.
Wrap all text in a table: Select the table. In the sidebar on the right, click the Text tab, click the Style button near the top of the sidebar, then select the “Wrap text in cell” checkbox.
