If you store your presentation in iCloud, you can collaborate with others by sharing a link to your presentation on iCloud.com. The people you share the presentation link with can open the presentation in a supported browser on a Mac or Windows computer, and see all the changes others have made. Collaborators don’t need an iCloud account to view and edit the presentation.
By default, your collaborators can edit the presentation. If you want to restrict access to your presentation, you can add a password to it, and you can allow others to only view the presentation but not make any changes to it.
If you saved a presentation to iCloud, you can share a link to it via Mail, Messages, Twitter, and Facebook.
To share with Mail, Messages, Twitter, or Facebook, you need to set up that account on your Mac; go to System Preferences, then click Internet Accounts.
Click Share
in the toolbar.
Click View Share Settings, then do any of the following:
Set permissions: Choose Allow Editing from the Permissions pop-up menu if you want recipients of the link to be able to edit the presentation. Choose View Only if you want recipients to read, but not edit, the presentation.
Set a password: Click Add Password to require recipients of the link to enter a password to open the presentation. Enter the requested password information, then click Set Password. For added security, don’t send the password in the same communication as the presentation link.
Note: A presentation has only one password. If you already added a password to your presentation, that password applies when you share a link to the presentation.
