The presentation manager shows thumbnail images of all of the presentations available on your device. When a presentation is open, tap Presentations in the top-left corner of the screen to go to the presentation manager.
You can view presentations by date or name and organize them into folders.
Note: Folders you create on your device are located in the Keynote folder in iCloud. Other iCloud folders you create on your Mac appear in iCloud on your device, and any supported presentations placed in it are also available on your device.
In the presentation manager, swipe down until two buttons appear at the top.
Do one of the following:
Arrange presentations by the date created or modified: Tap Date.
Arrange presentations in alphabetical order by filename: Tap Name.
In the presentation manager, tap Edit.
Do one of the following:
Create a folder with only two presentations: Drag one presentation on top of the other.
Create a folder with more than two presentations: Tap all but one of the presentations you want in the folder, then drag them to the remaining presentation.
As you drag, all of the selected presentations move together into the new folder.
Tap the name field, type a folder name, then tap Done on the keyboard.
Tap Done in the toolbar, then tap anywhere outside of the folder to close it.
You can add more presentations to an existing folder by dragging them to it.
Tap the folder to open it, then tap Edit.
You can also touch and hold a presentation in the folder until the presentations begin to jiggle.
Drag the presentation anywhere outside of the folder.
Tap Done.
You can also move a presentation to a different location in iCloud or to a service (for example, Dropbox) set up on your device.
In the presentation manager, tap the name of the folder, then enter a new name.
