Save or rename a presentation

Keynote automatically saves your presentation with a default name such as “Presentation 1” as you work, so you don’t have to. You can rename the presentation or make a copy of it in the presentation manager.

Rename a presentation

  1. In the presentation manager, tap the presentation’s name.

  2. Enter a new one, then tap Done.

Duplicate a presentation

  1. In the presentation manager, tap Edit.

  2. When the presentations begin to jiggle, tap the ones you want to duplicate.

  3. Tap Duplicate button, then if you selected more than one presentation, tap Duplicate Presentations.

    To cancel, tap anywhere in the presentation manager background, or tap Done.
