Show refers to a podcast in its entirety. A podcast is a radio- or TV-style show you can download from the Internet for free from Apple Podcasts, as well as various websites. Some podcasts are individual episodes; some are series.
The podcast feed is the URL to an RSS (rich site summary) in XML format. RSS is a technology for announcing updates to a website, and XML is a format for creating content on the Internet.
