
13.3. Use of Composer Role. At least one composer must be provided at the track level, and all composers that appear on the album must be listed at the album level.
Up to 10 composers can be listed at the album level. If more than 10 composers appear on the album, choose 10 composers to list at the album level.
Lyricists or librettists cannot be credited using the composer role. Credit them in the appropriate Lyricist or Librettist role only.
13.4. Composer as Primary. Composers may never be marked as Primary unless they are also performing as the Soloist, Accompanist, or Conductor. For example, Beethoven was deceased prior to recording technology and can never be a primary performer.
13.5. Composer Name Formatting. Composer names must be accurate and formatted as: First Name Last Name. For example, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
13.6. Use of Composer Role in Music Videos. A composer must be credited in classical music videos.
