TV and films delivered for distribution in Brazil need a local rating. To obtain a rating, do one of the following:
Submit the film to the National Secretariat of Justice of the Brazilian Ministry of Justice (“NSJ”) for an official review and rating classification.
If the film has never received an official rating for distribution in Brazil or if the film is not subject to an official rating, you can designate the appropriate rating yourself using the guidance issued by the NSJ.

The NSJ also issues content descriptors that act as consumer advice and are specific to each film. For self-rated content, if a provider chooses to designate descriptors, they should be selected in line with the same guidance.
Submit the consumer advice to Apple using iTunes Connect or XML. Deliver the initials only, not the full advice.
Example: If a film is rated “12” and has been given the content descriptors "Drogas Lícitas” and "Violência" in Brazil:
In iTunes Connect, select the rating 12 and choose the advisory codes from the Content Advisories menu.
In XML, deliver the rating and advisories with the <rating> and <advisory> tags:
