The toolbar gives you one-click access to many of the tools and controls you use when creating a book. As you get to know which actions you perform most often, you can add, remove, and rearrange toolbar items to suit your working style.
The items in the toolbar vary with the type of template. If you’re using a landscape or portrait template, you see the items shown in this image:
Note: The Scroll button isn’t available in a portrait template.
If you’re using an EPUB template, you see the items shown below:
Customize the toolbar: Choose View > Customize Toolbar.
