Print a pocket address book

The page width of an index-style address book is determined by the number of contacts you’re printing. Longer address books require wider pages because tabs are indented on each subsequent page.

  1. Select individual contacts or a group.

Tip: Command-click to select multiple contacts.

  2. Choose File > Print.

  3. Click the Style pop-up menu, then choose Pocket Address Book.

If you don’t see the Style pop-up menu, click Show Details.

  4. Select the paper size and orientation, then select fields to include in the Attributes list.

  5. Click the Flip Style pop-up menu, then choose a format.

  6. Click Print.

If all contacts don’t fit in your pocket address book, try choosing a larger paper size, choosing Compact from the Flip Style pop-up menu, selecting fewer attributes, or including fewer contacts.

You can’t print directly from services. To print contacts from a directory service, first drag them to another account.
