Modify DHCP network settings

Use the Server app to edit or remove DHCP network settings.

Edit a DHCP network

You can change the IP address range, subnet mask, network interface, router, lease time, DNS, and search domain information for a DHCP network.

  1. Select DHCP in the Server app sidebar, then click Settings.

  2. Click Edit edit.

    To make changes to the DNS or search domains for your DHCP network, click Edit.

  3. Make your changes, then click OK.

Remove a DHCP network

Remove a network so it no longer distributes IP addresses to computers.

  1. Select DHCP in the Server app sidebar, then click Networks.

  2. Select a network to remove.

  3. Click Remove remove, and if you’re sure you want to delete the selected network, click Delete.
