Xcode service requires version 6.0 or later of Xcode installed on the same Mac with the Server app.
Even if you don’t work directly on the server while developing software, Xcode service uses Xcode to run its bots.
Download Xcode from the Mac App store, then install it on the server.
Open Xcode at least once and complete setup.
Open the Server app at least once and complete setup.
Select Xcode in the Server app sidebar, then turn on Xcode.
Click the Choose button, then select Xcode in the Applications folder.
In Xcode, add a server account in the Accounts preferences.
You can connect as a guest or a registered user.

If you’re the agent of an Apple Developer team, add the server to the team using the Apple Developer Member Center.
Make sure Xcode on your development Mac can authenticate to the service by selecting the server account.
If the server is successfully enabled, click the server address link in the Accounts preferences pane to open Safari and see the Xcode web administration page.
