* Press Control-Option-V, then the Left Arrow or Right Arrow to choose a verbosity setting, such as typing echo or links. Press the Up Arrow or Down Arrow to change the setting. Press Escape to exit the settings.

** Press some keys multiple times to hear more information. F1: press twice to open the Application Chooser. F2: press twice to open the Window Chooser. F5: press two or three times to hear the mouse location in different ways. Number keys: press twice to open the Hot Spot Chooser. C: press twice to hear the contents of a column from the VoiceOver cursor to the bottom of the column. H: press twice to open the Commands menu. Home and End move the VoiceOver cursor to the top or bottom of what’s visible in the VoiceOver cursor, or to the first or last visible word in text, or to the first or last cell in a table. Page Up and Page Down read the previous and next page, respectively. On portable computers, you may need to press the Fn key with the arrow keys for Home, End, Page Up, and Page Down.

If a category color makes it difficult to use the chart, turn off the color by selecting the category in the legend. To turn on the color, select the category again. You can also use the grayscale charts.
